Tyrolean Haflinger elite mares inspection

All mares that have achieved an overall score of 7.9 or higher in the 2026 studbook recordings or the 2026 re-evaluation are invited. The inspection is a key date in the Tyrolean breeding calendar and demonstrates the high quality of Tyrolean Haflinger elite mares.

Programme

• 10:00 am: Arrival of the mares
• 11:00 a.m.: Presentation of the mares at the triangle
• 11:30 am: Evaluation by the expert jury
• Afterwards: Presentation of the best mares for the spectators in the Fohlenhof Arena
• Supporting programme: Morning pint, refreshments, opportunity for exchange for those interested in breeding and Haflinger fans

The title "Elite Mare" with the coveted "E" in front of the studbook number is awarded to the candidates once they have successfully passed the mare performance test. Breeding means thinking in generations - experience the highest quality of Tyrolean Haflinger breeding at the inspection.
